Most of you have not heard of Totem LC Group. That was on purpose, we tested the system for over a year before we onboarded our first member. Before we get into what we built, let us start with who we are, how we got here, and why the next 12 months matter.


Who We Are

Totem’s leadership spent careers looking for creative ways to support our families and solve problems other people had given up on, were not interested in, or simply did not even know existed. We share a belief: the world’s biggest problems are the world’s greatest business opportunities. The harder the problem, the more valuable the solution. That is what gets us up in the morning.


How We Got Here

The Totem concept emerged during COVID.

Totem identified vendors supplying Fortune companies, vendors who were winning purchase orders consistently. The problem was capital. The orders were there. Delivery was scheduled. The money just could not move fast enough to front the cost of the goods. Banks were too slow. Private offices were too costly for the cycle. There was a need for a faster, cleaner solution.

Totem was founded by problem solvers. Vendors came to us with the problem. A big one that no one was paying attention to, no one was interested in solving, no one even cared to look at. We did.

We looked at it. The problem looked small on the surface, but the mechanics behind it were massive. We saw a chance to solve a real problem with a clean structure, and to do it in a way that worked for everyone in the chain.

We tested the solution.

We tested the process with our own money first. Totem’s system worked. Then we presented the opportunity to select members of our inner circle, even family. These were Totem’s first participants. The early transactions performed exactly as promised. We are happy to report that these initial members are still with Totem to this day, because the opportunity is that good. The great thing about Totem’s origin story is that the opportunity then is the opportunity now, except today the structure also includes insurance policies underwritten and provided by top tier insurers like AIG and Allianz.

After nearly a year and a half of alpha testing transactions, agreements, workflows, and procedures, we achieved a level of transparency and confidence to feel comfortable opening our networks slowly, deliberately, with one introduction at a time. Every member who has participated has been someone we know personally, or someone introduced by a person we trust. The program has grown by relationship and referral, not through marketing.

To this day, Totem still participates in transactions with our funds. This is not a structure we built for other people. It is a structure we built for ourselves and then shared with the people in our lives we trust and respect the most.


Why Now?

3 years in, we have a record we can point to. Millions of dollars in capital deployed across tens of thousands of purchase orders filled. Zero defaults. Dozens of members have joined and moved through the program. Every receivable has been received on time. No hiccups. No delays.

That is why we are writing now. After 3 years of an unbroken operational record, we believe we have something worth sharing. So we are.


What Totem is

Totem is a commercial transaction platform. Members allocate capital to specific purchase orders from verified Fortune 100 buyers. The capital allows Totem’s vendors to fulfill the orders. The buyers pay the receivable. The transaction closes. Members get paid.

Every transaction is independent. There is no fund. There is no pool. There is no blind allocation. You see the buyer. You see the goods. You see the compensation amount before you accept. You accept the deal or you pass. The next one looks different. You see that number too.

The buyers are real. Amazon, Bank of America, UPS, CVS Health, Boeing, Toyota Motor North America. The vendors are vetted. The purchase orders exist before any capital moves. The insurance is in place before any capital moves. The structure runs the same way every time.

This is the entire model. It is not complicated. It is not exotic. It is commerce, with capital placed where the commerce actually happens, with… fortune 100 buyers!

The proof is operational. As of May 2026, Totem has helped to fill, again, thousands of purchase orders with zero defaults! We know you have read those numbers a few times already in this issue. They are the same numbers because the program is the same program. The structure has not changed. The buyers pay. The transactions close. The members get paid. 3 years of the same answer is the answer. Verifiable on a phone call with Totem’s vendors and/or insurance representative before any capital moves (if you need that type of due diligence).


What Is To Come

The work is operational. The pipeline is not.

We know any orgin story is important. It sets context, give you an idea of the work that went into building something special. Hopefully that earns some trust points, or at the very least, starts to build it…. Now the exciting thing that we really love to talk about is what’s to come and this is what we are really excited to share with you!

The volume of purchase orders coming into the program has accelerated over the past months. New buyers. New vendors. New transaction categories. New cycles opening faster than we can stage them. Members feel this first, because they see the open POs on their dashboard (or in private emails) before anyone else does.

The acceleration traces back to Totem’s flagship vendors, one of which just won a multi-million dollar expansion supply contract with Amazon Corporate spanning 4 countries. With Totem’s support, this vendor is now the #1 MBE supplier to Amazon. Totem has first option to fund every PO accepted…Let me repeat that again in case you missed it… Totem has first option to fund every PO accepted, which means YOU have the first option to fund any of those POs!

And it doesn’t stop there…While one vendor grows, more are joining.

The model that worked for Totem’s first vendor works for other vendors in similar positions. Working only with trusted operators holding verified buyer relationships, with real POs in hand, and a capital bottleneck between the order and fulfillment, Totem is the catalyst. Each new vendor we onboard expands the supply of transactions members can participate in. Extensive underwriting ensures we are deliberate and selective about vendors we allow to join. The operating record matters more to us than the growth rate. But the pipeline is opening, and we want members and prospective members to know.

This is also why we are opening the door now.

We are growing thoughtfully. Members who come in now will see structural advantages over time that newer members will not. We are not in a rush. We are not running a launch. We are introducing the program to people who would benefit from it, through relationship and introduction, the same way we always have. The difference is that the door is open in a way it was not before.

The Buyer Relationships. The buyers themselves issue the purchase orders Totem finances. The verification is underwritten by Totem, our insurance agent, and the insurance company. No buyer is approved without final underwriting and no insurance is issued to unapproved buyers. You will know and recognize each and every buyer name.

The Vendors (members only). Member-only access. Reach out to an Account Manager to ask about coordinating a call. That’s it. It really is that simple…

The Management Team. Any structural question about the program, account mechanics, vendor relationships, or repayment, answered directly by the team that runs it.
